I had a herniated disc, but I got an injection right away and it got better. I was also able to start physical therapy immediately, which was great ๐. I recommended it to a friend, but they said they've had several injections and are still in pain. I don't know why, but it seems like there are diff

I occasionally get knee pain due to partial cartilage damage, and I receive cartilage injections whenever it happens. Thank you for kindly sending me guidance texts.
