The doctor in charge of rheumatology. He's an elderly gentleman, but I was really surprised by how unfriendly he was. He spoke to me in a very rude tone throughout the consultation and when I tried to ask about my test results, he snapped at me and got really angry, still speaking in a disrespectful

I visited based on a recommendation. They explained everything thoroughly and the nurse was also very kind.
I came for my first appointment and the doctor and all the staff were really kind, plus the wait wasn’t long at all.
