Since the beginning of this year, I had trouble walking because of lower back pain. I received injection treatment for the first two weeks, then underwent the PIMS procedure five times, along with weekly injections in my lower back and around my buttocks, thighs, and calves. I went in for treatment for about five to six months. I’ve stopped treatment for now, and the doctor told me to come back when the pain returns so we can treat it again. These days, I’m watching YouTube at home while doing stretches and a little strength training, hoping the pain won’t come back. Of course, machines break down when they’re used for a long time, and I guess the human body also has a certain amount of wear and tear that can’t be helped. If you want to use it for a very long time, you really have no choice but to take good care of it. I guess I’ll have to keep it from getting rusty by exercising, wiping it down, oiling it, and tightening it up—there’s no helping it.
