I went in for scaling. The nurse and the doctor welcomed me kindly and did the treatment really nicely. I'm very pleased.

Lately, I've been eating a lot of puffed snacks to pass the time, and it seems like my teeth and gums are hurting a bit, so I went for a check-up. The doctor told me not to overwork my jaw and teeth and gave me some treatment. I guess I'll have to quit puffed snacks from now on.
