치아 상태 점검과 잇몸 관리가 필요해 방문했다. 병원 내부는 전체적으로 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있었고, 소독이나 위생 관리가 잘 이루어지고 있다는 인상을 받았다. 접수 과정은 복잡하지 않았고, 예약 확인과 안내도 비교적 차분하게 진행되어 처음 방문했지만 부담은 크지 않았다. 진료 전 간단한 문진을 통해 현재 불편한 부분과 평소 관리 상태를 확인했고, 이후 치아 상태를 직접 보여주며 설명해 주어 이해하기 쉬웠다. 시술 중에는 단계별로 진행 상황을 간단히 알려주어 긴장이 덜했으며, 필요 이상으로 빠르거나 서두르는 느낌은 들지 않았다. 마무리
