아이가 갑자기 고열과 기침, 몸살 증상을 보여 서울자이소아청소년과를 방문했어요. 대기 공간이 비교적 쾌적했고, 접수부터 안내까지 빠르게 진행돼 아픈 아이를 오래 기다리게 하지 않아 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 아이에게 친절하게 대해주셔서 긴장하지 않고 진료를 받을 수 있었어요. 원장님이 아이 증상을 꼼꼼히 확인하시고 독감 여부를 검사해주셨습니다. 검사 결과와 함께 현재 상태, 치료 방법, 약 복용법을 보호자가 이해하기 쉽게 설명해주셔서 안심이 됐어요. 해열제 사용 방법과 집에서 관리하는 법까지 자세히 알려주셔서 도움이 많이 됐습니다.
It's about a one-minute walk from my house... It's really convenient to go with my child since it's so close, and I like that the doctor is caring and thorough in check-ups^^
My nephew had a fever, so we visited the clinic. They did a flu test and diagnosed him with type A flu, and after getting an IV with Tamiflu, his fever improved and he got his energy back. Thank you!
The place is clean and the hospital atmosphere is very comfortable. The doctor is very kind, which makes it easy to receive treatment. The nurses are also very friendly, which is great! Thank you!
The doctor listened carefully to my concerns about the painful areas and treated me well.
