The principle that acetic acid in vinegar inhibits digestive enzymes that convert carbohydrates into sugars.

However, it is important to remember that consuming vinegar directly can cause damage to the stomach lining due to its acidic content.

It is advisable to add about one spoonful to the dish.

 

Peanut butter is a type of jam made by adding sugar, salt, and olive oil to peanuts. It contains a high amount of protein and fat, which can provide a feeling of fullness even in small quantities. The nutritional benefits of peanut butter (unsaturated fats that prevent rapid spikes in blood sugar) are found in unprocessed peanuts, so there seems to be no need to specifically consume peanut butter that contains sugar, salt, and preservatives.

It is better to eat a variety of foods rather than insisting on specific ingredients.

Peanut butter is rich in protein and healthy fats, and apples are rich in dietary fiber and vitamins, so I eat them together for health. However, since peanut butter is high in fat and calories, I think I should regulate my intake appropriately.
