통증 없는 선에서.. 적당히 하는게 좋을듯해요
I have been consistently managing my condition since recently being diagnosed with a herniated disc after experiencing back pain.
Initially, it was so severe that daily life was impossible due to intense pain, but it has improved significantly with consistent physical therapy and exercise.
Recently, I have been considering starting plank exercises to improve my physical strength and strengthen my core muscles. However, as someone with a herniated disc, I am worried about whether doing planks is safe for me. I found online that planks are effective in strengthening core muscles and also help alleviate back pain.
However, I also heard that doing planks with incorrect posture can actually put strain on the lower back. It is said that people with disc issues need to be especially careful. I am also worried that attempting a plank in my condition might worsen my symptoms.
My goal is to recover my back health and improve my overall fitness. I'm wondering whether planks will help me or if I should look for alternative exercises.
Please give me some advice.
