Consistent walking exercise, cycling, and blood sugar monitoring for diabetes prevention

Blood sugar measurement: After dinner on August 16th at 7:45 PM, I went to sleep around 11 PM.
And I woke up at 5:40 a.m. and started my daily routine.
I walked 17,000 steps yesterday.
The blood sugar level slightly decreased when measured at 8:44 AM today, after fasting for 8 hours. The reading was 117.
The diet to lower diabetes involves not eating anything after 10 PM every night.
In the morning, I eat brown rice, and for lunch, I have noodles.
Control blood sugar levels by walking as much as possible.
And this morning, I completed a 10 km bike ride.
I continued walking while reading the Bible from Ephesians chapters 1 to 6 and memorized Revelation chapters 12 to 22. I incorporated daily prayer, meditation, and sending Bible verses into my daily routine along with the Word.
