Sharing four positive changes experienced after dieting~

It's been six months since I started dieting.

Four positive changes experienced after a healthy diet, including relief from premenstrual syndrome and restoration of self-esteem

I would like to share.

 

Even if it's not for dieting, maintaining healthy eating habits in everyday life

Maintaining exercise is mentally and physically beneficial.

Because I was able to understand that it can have a positive effect

I wanted to share the good points.

 

Positive effects experienced after dieting

 

Relief of PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome)

 

The best thing about dieting is that my premenstrual syndrome has improved.

 

Premenstrual syndrome refers to physical and mental symptoms experienced around the time of menstruation. The exact cause has not been identified, but it is generally believed that as the menstrual cycle approaches, hormonal imbalances in women affect neurotransmitters, leading to physical and psychological changes.

 

I was experiencing severe physical and mental distress, including breast pain, headaches, body aches, depression, irritability, and anger. As I entered my 40s, my mental health issues worsened gradually, leading to problems in my interpersonal relationships, which caused me a lot of worry.

 

However, after just three months of starting the diet, the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome have almost disappeared. The physical symptoms have completely gone, and although some irritability remains, it has decreased to a manageable level.

My spouse is very happy that they no longer have to experience my frustration and depression together haha.

 

Size reduction > Self-esteem recovery

As I gained weight, I became accustomed to oversized clothes and elastic pants to hide my body fat. I felt like nothing suited me and I didn't look pretty, so I avoided going out and my self-esteem dropped. However, as I started dieting, exercising, and managing my diet, my weight decreased and the body fat also reduced. Now, I can easily wear the small-sized free clothes, and dressing up and going out have become enjoyable.

 

I gained confidence in my appearance and was able to restore my self-esteem through dieting.

 

3. Deep Sleep

 

I used to wake up frequently in the early morning and need to go to the bathroom at least once, but since I started dieting and exercising daily, and becoming more active, I am able to fall asleep at night and sleep soundly until morning.

 

4. Overcoming Constipation & Hemorrhoids

By dieting and consuming a diet rich in vegetables, I was able to overcome constipation through abundant dietary fiber intake.

I was able to completely cure hemorrhoids caused by constipation.

While dieting

I focused on a diet mainly consisting of vegetables and lean meat, excluding instant foods, sugar, ramen, fried foods, greasy meats, and alcohol.

I have been on a diet where I eat until full with a healthy meal plan, not a starving diet.

I exercised consistently for at least 30 minutes a day.

    혈당 수치를 내릴려고 식이요법을 하면서
    의도치 않게 체중 감랑까지 되어서 기분이
    좋아요.
    다이어트 하시느랴 고생 많으셨어요.
    저는 변비는 해소가 되지 않아요.
    식이섬유를 먹어도요.

    깐데또까
     다이어트를  시작하면 정신적으로도 많이 바뀌는것도 잇어요
     그런데 전 다이어트후 그리고 유지어터중인지금
      변비가..  없어지지 않아요 ㅠ.ㅠ
