Preparation of low-cost ingredients: Boil sweet potatoes twice and steam pumpkin.
I covered it because it was humid and I was worried the sweet potatoes would spoil, so I steamed some from the 3 kilograms yesterday, sent them to the freezer, and boiled them again today.
I will eat one bottle and freeze the other to eat later.
On hot days, I plan to eat sweet potato latte, sweet potato pizza, or sweet potato salad.
Low blood sugar diet healthy foods: pumpkin and sweet potato are all prepared.
