300g of cabbage, 3 slices of bacon, 1 egg, half an onion, 1 chili pepper, pancake flour
1. Shallowly julienne the cabbage and finely chop the onion, chili, and bacon. 2. Steam the julienned cabbage for 2-3 minutes until tender. 3. Combine the cabbage with the other ingredients, add pancake mix and pepper, and make the batter. 4. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a frying pan and fry the mixture.
