Intermittent fasting is good for dieting.

The most effective way to lose weight and detoxify the body is intermittent fasting.

 

 

 

There are various methods of intermittent fasting. Fasting can range from a minimum of 14 hours to 16 hours, 18 hours, 20 hours, up to a maximum of 24 hours. Among these, the 16:8 fasting method, which involves fasting for 16 hours including sleep and eating during an 8-hour window, is an example. For instance, if you finish dinner at 8 PM and have lunch the next day at 12 PM, you are in a 16-hour fasting state.

 

 

Especially for beginners in intermittent fasting, it is not advisable to maintain long fasting periods from the start. Therefore, it is recommended to begin with a 14-hour fast and a 10-hour eating window, maintain this for a week, and then progress to a 16-hour or 18-hour fast.

 

Why is intermittent fasting effective for weight loss? When fasting and limiting glucose intake, our body uses stored glucose as energy. Once that is depleted, it then burns fat.

 

When breaking down fat to convert it into energy, it is important to exercise concurrently. Evans warmed up with 15 minutes of aerobic exercise, then performed high-intensity strength training. Finally, he finished with 10 minutes of cool-down exercises during fasting.

 

Whenever you feel hungry, drinking enough water can prevent dehydration and help you feel slightly full. It is recommended to drink 8 to 10 glasses of about 470mL each day.

 

 

When practicing intermittent fasting, it is as important to eat as it is to not eat. A common mistake among those who practice intermittent fasting is overeating with greasy foods.

 

I avoided fast food and foods containing sugar and did not binge eat. For my first meal of the day, I mainly consumed salad, lean meat, and fish. I obtained my carbohydrate intake through brown rice, broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage vegetables.

It was advised to eat two or three meals a day because it can put a strain on the digestive system. In particular, when having the first meal after fasting, it is important to take enough time and eat slowly so that our body can absorb nutrients properly.

I take supplements and exercise, doing Tavitana and cardio five times a week.
