My personal diet tip - eat well and walk consistently.

There are often cases where people try to lose weight by either not eating at all or overeating.

This method is harmful to the body and should not be used.

I try to eat my meals as slowly as possible.

I try to eat foods with low calories first.

Food is usually chewed thoroughly for about 20 to 30 minutes before swallowing.

Sometimes it looks frustrating, but

When chatting and eating with friends, you realize that your stomach doesn't feel burdened.

Eat vegetables, seaweed, and mushrooms even if you have to take them away.

Then, high-calorie foods are less likely to be consumed.

 

Of course, it's difficult to lose weight solely by diet.

I also do exercise, but my joints are weak.

I focus more on walking 10,000 steps and stretching rather than intense exercise.

I go for a walk every day.
