A hearty diet while ensuring enough protein

Reducing carbohydrates helps with dieting.

Since it's good and essential for health, I was thinking about what to do.

Filling the stomach instead of rice or flour, along with protein.

I try to eat at least one meal a day with filling tofu.

Sometimes I warm it up slightly before eating, and I also add it to stews or soups.

I eat it, and then when I want to eat something different, I do.

They also eat it as a tofu pancake... but they shouldn't do that.

Just eating it plain makes me a little bored.

A method of stir-frying tofu to remove moisture and eating it as a rice substitute.

They say it's available, but I haven't tried that yet.

I haven't done it yet, but after a little while, I'm thinking of trying that too.
