Diet control is the best for weight loss...

Is it really possible to lose weight while still eating well? Unless you take some kind of diet medication or receive medical assistance, I think it's probably difficult to lose weight. From my experience and from people around me who have successfully lost weight, they first reduce their meal portions, and once their stomach adjusts, they reduce even more, often surviving on just one meal a day. It seems like they can really lose about 10 kilograms in two months through this hard effort. Controlling your diet and eating less seems to be the best approach.

    운동을 엄청 힘들게 할게 아니라면 식단조절이  우선이예요 효과도 빠르고요  유지가 문제인데요..
