After getting married and having two children, my weight hasn't changed much compared to when I was single, but my belly has become incredibly large, and I was feeling stressed about it.
Of course, I have fat on my back and various other places, but especially more on my abdomen.
Since lunch at work is also delicious, I tend to overeat, and in the evening I eat while taking care of the kids... I also drink alcohol, and as a result, my health has deteriorated.
So, I rode an indoor bicycle for an hour every day without fail. I also walked 10,000 steps together... I halved my rice intake.
I lost 2 kg in two weeks, my stomach has gotten flatter, and after watching YouTube and doing abdominal exercises, I can even see a faint six-pack.
Even if I don't want to do it, I do it consistently, and the results are great. Indoor exercises that I can do rain or snow.. I love it.
It's good for lowering blood sugar levels after meals.
Recommended for those who want to stay healthy at home without spending money. I use an inexpensive foldable one, and it doesn't interfere with exercise or take up much space, so I highly recommend it.
