My diet secret for maintaining a body that doesn't change much over 30 years is healthy eating and walking. It's not about extraordinary health foods, but about gradually changing your habits little by little during meals.
By eating less salty and less spicy food, consuming less soup, dipping sauces or condiments only slightly, and avoiding overeating, you can eat much healthier food. In particular, I heard that Koreans tend to consume a lot of salt because of their habit of eating soups, stews, and broths. So, I developed the habit of only eating the solid ingredients of the soup and taking only one or two spoonfuls of the broth, and it has become much better.
Sometimes when I crave bread or noodles, I think it's a good habit for dieting to accompany them with vegetables, meat, or eggs rather than only eating flour-based foods.
I maintain good eating habits and walk nearly 10,000 steps every day consistently. Although it's not intense exercise, I walk diligently, sweat, aid digestion, and improve my bowel activity, so I have no discomfort when going to the bathroom daily.
Consistently maintaining this is my secret tip.
