I usually don't care much about what I eat and tend to enjoy a wide variety of foods.
This is also the reason why I gave up on the diet early onㅠㅠ
So, I exercise mainly to eat, even though I don't enjoy working out.
Since I don't have a hobby for exercise and don't really do it anywhere, I always keep my diet focused on jump rope.
If you feel like you've eaten a little, increasing the quantity is the ultimate tip!
It seems like a good exercise that can be done anywhere.
