Diet (I recommend squats)Introducing a squat exercise that is extremely good for dieting

I've been doing squats for several years now, haha.

They now definitely do a thousand a day.

Of course, I also started with 100 cases at first, haha.

As I kept doing it, it gradually increased, haha.

You can see your body changing as you do squats.

Feeling it firsthand makes me work even harder.

I really, really love eating this stuffㅋ

I love eating a lot and also like beer, haha. It's what I want to eat.

Even after eating everything, by the next morning, my stomach feels completely flat, haha. I think it's all thanks to doing squats.

So, I think I've been doing it continuously without missing it for several years.

Try consistently doing 100 each day for 100 days.

You will be able to feel your body, haha.

I highly recommend squats, haha.
