Blood sugar measurement: On June 24th at 10:45 PM, I had dinner and went to bed shortly after midnight.

 

 

 

And wake up at 5 a.m.

 

 

 

Yesterday, I walked 16,000 steps, but when I checked my blood sugar at 5:22 AM, the level had risen significantly.

 

 

 

The blood sugar level is 153.

 

 

 

While walking, I was reading from Ezekiel chapters 31 to 36, memorizing Revelation 9:8-10, and also memorized Revelation 7:1-9. My daily routine now includes meeting and sending Bible texts, all done together with the Word.

 

 

 

And after walking 7,600 steps and resting for the second time, it decreased to 96.
