Do you know any good stretches or exercises to relieve right side flank pain?
I just woke up and haha, my right side waist is so tight and pulling.
I looked up a few things on the internet and tried them, but they didn't have much effect.
If you know an effective method, I would appreciate it if you could explain it in detail.
Especially, it would be even better if it is a simple movement that can be easily done in the office!
Please let me know if there are any lifestyle habits that can prevent or reduce right side flank pain.
For example, I am curious about methods for posture correction, sitting techniques, or stretches that should be done frequently. It would be really helpful if you could also give advice on how to pay attention to these in daily life.
I pulled once and then felt a cramp in my right side, lol.
I think I need to be careful.
