Since I drank soy milk in the morning, my stomach didn't feel good~ So I moved it to the afternoon, and I heard it's okay to eat up to 30 almonds a day, so I tried eating 10 almonds at a time with intervals. However, I kept getting pimples on my face, so now I limit myself to 10 almonds a day haha

I used to drink cold water eagerly, but at some point, when I eat cold food, my stomach feels cold and starts to hurt. So now I drink lukewarm water instead of cold water and plan to drink warm American coffee instead of iced coffeeใ
