Do you need to sweat a lot to lose weight?

 

Many people intentionally wear sweat suits when exercising for the purpose of dieting. This is not a very good method. Exercising in a sweat suit causes water to be lost through sweat, which can temporarily reduce weight, but it harms health and does not help with long-term weight loss. Sweating a lot does not necessarily mean weight loss, so it is better to exercise in light clothing.

 

Is fasting exercise good for dieting?

 

Many people skip meals or exercise on an empty stomach while dieting, but if you don't eat anything after exercising, your health can deteriorate, making it difficult to maintain the diet consistently. Basic nutritional supplementation is essential. Therefore, consuming protein-rich foods such as eggs or chicken breast before and after exercise is more helpful for dieting. Additionally, exercising on an empty stomach in the morning is okay, but it is recommended not to exceed 30 minutes.
