I sweated a lot while walking during the daytime today.

I didn't prepare a handkerchief properly and I look so messy lol

Before leaving the house, my lower back was hurting so much, but after doing the wave exercise for about 5 minutes, stretching a bit, and walking, my sore back gradually got better.
