My personal method of blood sugar management is,

It's not that there's anything special.

There are breakfast, exercise, and Mudaeng soy milk.

This is the first exercise for blood sugar management.

Wake up early in the morning and do some simple tidying up around the house.

I'm going out for a walk and some exercise.

And in the park, I take a walk,

Running takes place on straight paths.

And in the evening, when I come home, I make sure to find time.

I am riding a stationary bike.

Manage blood sugar levels through exercise.

Second, for the blood sugar management diet,

Weekday mornings are for protein, vegetables, and Greek yogurt.

I am having a light meal and leaving.

Life supplements protein with boiled eggs and adds cucumbers as vegetables.

And I eat Greek yogurt.

Finally, when I feel hungry, I eat low-sugar soy milk.

The product 'Pure Soy Milk 99.9' is made from 99.9% raw soy milk and contains no sugar.

So, I eat it when I go out because it is good for blood sugar management.

      처음에는 맛이 닝닝한게 그래요~ㅎㅎ
