(15th) Managing blood sugar through walking

 

I control my blood sugar by walking.

It seems to be especially good to walk after meals.

It also greatly helps in controlling blood sugar levels.

I believe that walking is essential for health, in addition to blood sugar control.

Today, I finished my 10,000 steps early, and I feel good.

Today, let's keep fighting.
