I think my secret to managing blood sugar is consistent daily walking of 10,000 steps.
Since I really enjoy eating delicious food, it's hard to control my diet. ㅠㅠ
So, I eat what I want, while working out hard every day instead.
These days, I check my blood sugar at home through challenges and adjust according to the fluctuations in my readings.
Dinner time is also being adjusted, and foods high in flour or sugar are being moderated a bit.
The most important secret to blood sugar management is consistently exercising.
Recently, in addition to walking 10,000 steps, I have been doing various exercises such as stair climbing and home workouts.
