My fasting blood sugar is at a borderline level for diabetes, so I am consistently walking 10,000 steps a day to manage my blood sugar, but I also think I should maintain a proper diet. I plan to eat salad for breakfast whenever possible.
I'm also supplementing my protein intake with one avocado I like and two boiled eggs for fullness.
And for a bit of saltiness, I add three creamy dressings to the salad, but I prefer to eat it without much sauce.
Still, with its own unique flavor, my own low-sugar salad recipe is complete.
