Eating a bowl of vegetables

 

Eating a bowl of vegetables every day is my personal mission.

If I don't put it in a bowl like that, I don't eat it well, so I divide it into portions enough for a day and eat it.

Seafood and mushrooms are eaten as side dishes.

It seems to help with diabetes and blood pressure management.
