My personal workout equipment: Kettlebell (Pungmu Bell product from Hanpyeong Sports Field)
I do kettlebell exercises. I have a 16-kilogram and two 8-kilogram kettlebells, so I can do a variety of workouts.
Someone previously mentioned using a kettlebell, which allows for various exercises such as swings, squats, snatches, and get-ups. Since the center of gravity is outside the hand, it can impose greater load than just the weight itself. Additionally, because it involves the entire body, it differs from isolation exercises and helps develop overall balance and coordination, thereby contributing to an increase in overall strength.
At first, it may seem difficult to learn, but once you understand the principles, it's not a very hard exercise. I hope you all get a suitable kettlebell to maintain a healthy core.
