Could there be serious side effects after receiving Wigobi?

Based on advertisements and media reports, it has been stated that while Wigobi can produce quick results, it also carries the risk of a yo-yo effect where weight is regained. Consequently, I have been concerned and worried about the high probability of such side effects. If the yo-yo effect is inevitable, I am wondering if taking Wigobi is the right thing to do.
