What tip size and heating level should I use for the best results when hitting 600 shots with a Ballneumer?

I was so afraid of the pain that I couldn't even think about getting Shurink or Thermage, but I'm planning to try Volneumer because it uses water-cooling and is said to be much less painful.

I'm thinking of around 600 shots focusing on shaping my cheekbones and jawline, but the more I look into it, the more I realize the tip size distribution and cooling/vibration levels

I heard that you need to go to a hospital that sets it up properly to see results.

I am curious to know what combination of procedures those who have achieved firm, lifted cheek lines without losing too much cheek fat usually received.

For those who have received Volneumer, what was the actual pain sensation like, and was there any difference between receiving it alone and combining it with other procedures?
