Lately, my calves have always felt heavy and swollen. They're not noticeably swollen, but they feel especially sore and tight in the evenings.
It gets especially worse after sitting or standing for long periods, and it's more uncomfortable in the afternoon or at night than in the morning. Rubbing my legs and elevating them seems to help for a while, but the recurring feeling is bothersome.
