I'm currently looking into Ulthera and Thermage for a skin lift, but I'm taken aback by how much the price differences are between clinics.

Even when searching based on the same number of shots, some places are incredibly cheap due to massive discount events, while others are noticeably expensive, so I have absolutely no idea where to set a reasonable price standard. I feel uneasy about places with excessively low prices, wondering if they might be using refurbished tips or cheating on the genuine tips or shot count; however, blindly seeking out the most expensive, famous clinics is too financially burdensome.

I’ve heard that for ultrasound and radiofrequency procedures like Ulthera or Thermage, the results are determined more by the medical team’s meticulous skin diagnosis, design, and manual dexterity than by differences in the equipment. When choosing a clinic for a lifting procedure, do you all prioritize price benefits, or do you focus more on the director's experience, proficiency, and actual reviews?
