Do people who haven't seen me in a while recognize me after getting Ulthera?

What I want is just a slightly cleaner look, rather than it looking like I've had a procedure done that anyone can tell.

But I'm also a little worried that once I actually get it, people around me might immediately notice that my face has changed.

I'm also curious if people I see often, like family or colleagues, don't really notice the changes.

I'm actually kind of curious about the reactions of those around you who have received Ulthera.
