I am having trouble deciding which lifting procedure to choose.

My facial contours are sagging a bit, and my skin elasticity isn't what it used to be, so I am looking into lifting procedures. However, I am confused because there are so many different types. There are just too many options, ranging from relatively cost-effective lifts like Shurink and InMode to high-end treatments known for definite results, such as Ulthera, Thermage, and Dencerty.

The problem is that the principles behind how each procedure works, as well as the results, vary depending on skin condition and age. Some people say they are fully satisfied with just Shurink, while others say they need powerful treatments like Ulthera or Thermage to see definite results. Since this is my first time, I'm not sure where I should start.

I am also curious about the level of pain during the procedure and how long the recovery period takes. Whether it significantly interferes with daily life is also an important factor. Since the cost is a concern, I am deeply conflicted about which choice to make between cost-effectiveness and efficacy.

If anyone has undergone a lifting procedure, it would be very helpful if you could share your experiences regarding which procedure you chose when you first started, as well as your actual effectiveness and satisfaction levels.
