Hello, I am someone whose weight nearly reached 100kg only until this year.
I weigh 67kg now, and although losing weight wasn't easy, I'm still living with a healthier body, so I feel a bit more energized.
The first thing I reduced was drinking with acquaintances. I would go, order zero-calorie drinks, and chat with friends while also toasting with zero-calorie drinks, which made me eat less snacks first. When I drink alcohol, I feel a bit tipsy and my appetite increases, so I tend to eat more snacks, which is why people say I gain a lot of weight.
Secondly, since I stopped drinking this week, I feel like my stamina has slightly improved. I used to feel unwell and exhausted the day after drinking, but now that I don't have those issues, my work efficiency has increased, and I feel my physical strength naturally improving.
Finally, my wallet started to get thicker. When I spend on drinks, a few tens of thousands of won quickly disappear, but since I don't have these kinds of expenses, I can buy the things I wanted or eat slightly better versions of what I used to eat, and it was pretty good.
This week's tip is to switch from drinking soju to beer for a simpler drinking experience, and gradually cut down on beer as well. When I really wanted to drink beer, I would buy non-alcoholic beer, drink it alone with a blocked nose, and do that haha.
If you abstain from alcohol and succeed in your diet, even reducing your usual five drinks to just three will greatly benefit your health.
