Are there any hospitals near Dapsimni or this area that are good at varicose vein surgery?

Do I need to see a dermatologist for this?

Is it surgery?

I have no idea which hospital I should go to at all.

If possible, I would prefer a hospital in Dongdaemun-gu or nearby. If anyone knows of one, please introduce it to me.
