I have a herniated disc in my neck and lower back, so I need to receive physical therapy regularly~~ I go there frequently.

It seems I've been working here for almost 20 years...

The doctor isn't particularly very kind, haha~~~ but still, they take good care of the treatment~~~

Overall, I think all the doctors are really cool and aloof.. lol

 

Still, the physical therapists here are very kind, so I'm satisfied and happy to go because it's a condition I already know and am receiving physical therapy for~~

 

My neck herniated disc, my lower back herniated disc, knee cartilage softening, and frozen shoulder all at once;;;

I received my diagnosis here;;; my history with joint issues has been with this place.

 

Even when I rolled my ankle and had a partial cast on the subway stairs, I was here ;;;

Haha, my leg was so swollen that I had a cast on it and was happily walking around, then I ended up putting a cast on my other ankle too;;;

Since then, high-heeled shoes have become a thing of the past in my life~~ Goodbye, everyone~

Oh!! Now that I think about it, I was hospitalized here when I had a traffic accident while taking the bus. Haha

It's incredible~~ All of my medical history must be stored here, right?

 

Hot compress -> Applying something like Mansoraedam -> Low-frequency therapy, and so on.

I sometimes receive traction therapy due to a herniated disc in my neck.

Today, I actually went to get physical therapy again, but since I went after work, I ran out of time and couldn't receive it in the end;;; I came back.

It's the fact that there are no night clinics here that I find most unfortunate.

 

 

Weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM / Saturday until 1 PM. ^^ Please keep this in mind~~~
