I took an X-ray and the bone looked fine, so I got an ultrasound to examine the injured ankle. My ankle ligament was stretched and my ankle was in deep pain. It was a very slight sprain, but it hurt so much that I couldn't walk. They said that shock wave therapy would make it much better, but the shock wave hurts so much.
