I recommend this to residents of Munjeong-dong, Songpa, Seoul. I injured my ankle over the weekend, visited Munjeong Orthopedic Clinic, had an X-ray, and found no bone abnormalities, so I received ultrasound treatment for the injured ankle. The ankle ligament was stretched, and I had a cast on my ankle. I only slightly sprained it, but it was more painful than I expected, to the point where I couldn't walk. They said shockwave therapy would help a lot, but the shockwave was very painful. I tend to be a bit of a hypochondriac and can't tolerate pain well. I received a prescription for medication and physical therapy. Luckily, the orthopedic clinic is open on weekends.
