Good dermatology

My skin has been in such a mess lately that I'm thinking about going to a dermatologist. While looking for a procedure, I came across something called exosome skin botox. I think it would be good, but does anyone know of a place that's good at it? They advertise it a lot, but I don't know if it's good, so I can't decide. Also, has anyone had skin botox or exosome treatment? I'm curious about the effects and whether it's good. If you know of a good dermatologist in the Gangnam or Gangbuk districts of Seoul, please let me know. And if you've had the procedure, please let me know what it was like. The explanation is long-winded, and I'm curious because there don't seem to be any actual cases.
