I've spent more than 1.5 times my life visiting hospitals whenever I was sick—it's truly a hospital full of memories.

The place where I even had an ultrasound when I had a traffic accident during university to check if there might be internal organ rupture.

The first place I had an endoscopy in my life (the doctor is truly an endoscopy master..)

Due to personal reasons, I can't undergo a sleep endoscopy;;; But I didn't realize it was difficult because I received it so easily here, and when I tried at another hospital, my eyes' tiny blood vessels burst, blood came from my throat, and it was a mess... It was chaos during June 25th~~

From now on, I will only get endoscopy here;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

Every time I catch a cold or have diarrhea, I feel something's a bit off somewhere, haha.

 

A few years ago, I had acute pyelonephritis, but I kept thinking it was just a cold and flu, so I endured it for several days. I fainted a few times before finally going to the hospital, and the doctor immediately suggested a urine test based on my symptoms. That’s how they quickly diagnosed it as acute pyelonephritis.

The downside is... there are too many patients... no matter what day of the week you go, it's always crowded with people...

There are many other hospitals in the neighborhood, but the reason this place is so crowded is probably due to the long-standing experience and the trust in the doctor’s care.

Especially the elderly patients always receive a lot of medical care, and the nurses are always so kind despite being busy~~~ If it were me, I think I would get annoyed working all day in a crowded hospital, but they are always cheerful... They joke with the patients and are very fun.

It is always impressive and appreciated to see you approach the elderly who have hearing difficulties and trouble understanding speech closely and take good care of them.

My mother also has hearing loss, so when I see elderly people wandering around hospitals or banks, I feel really uneasy. But thinking about hospitals with such kind nurses makes me feel a little more at ease sending her alone.

 

Today, I don't have any pain anywhere, but I think my mom's immune system is too weak, so I stopped by after work to inquire about the shingles vaccine.

Doo-doong;;; I arrived at 5:07, and the door was already closed. The nurses were coming out, and they were startled, asking why I came at this time;;;;

Oh!! I almost forgot that the consultation hours changed to 5 o'clock since I rarely go to the hospital after work on weekdays lololol

They asked me what was wrong, and I said I wasn't sick, I just came to inquire about the shingles vaccine, haha. I stopped walking and explained diligently, and they listened, haha. Do you know that a vaccine that prevents over 95% of shingles has been developed these days???

A vaccine that is effective up to the second dose has been developed, but it is quite expensive. It costs 250,000 won for the second dose, and since it is said to be very effective, I think my elderly mother should get it regardless of the cost.

They say the pain is almost as bad as giving birth;;;

 

Haha, anyway, even though the door was closed, I completed my visit purpose and was heading back down when I saw an elderly lady who, like me, had mistaken the closing time and was climbing the stairs again. LOL
