Is there a dermatology clinic that provides good basic skin care?

Are there any good dermatology clinics where I can receive skin care treatments on special occasions or when my skin condition worsens, aside from procedures?

I think the only thing I do at home is applying the good ampoule and using a mask pack, so I go to the hospital at least once a week.

I think my skin will improve more if I receive proper care.
