Are there any hospitals that specialize in manual therapy for neck and back?

I originally had some neck and lower back issues, but recently I've been experiencing stiffness and some pain when turning my neck to the left.

I'm trying to find another hospital because the manual therapist at the hospital I used to go to regularly has been replaced by someone else.

Are there any good and affordable chiropractic treatment places in the Guro-gu or Geumcheon-gu area? Please recommend.
