Is there a hospital that specializes in this kind of thing?

This picture shows the top of the foot. Bones are protruding on both tops of the feet like that, and it seems to be getting bigger and bigger.

At first, it didn't bother me, but when I wear shoes that cover my back, the tops of my feet hurt and I can't walk properly ㅠㅠ Which hospital should I go to? Is it right to go to an orthopedic clinic and ask?
