[Tox & Fill Clinic] I wasn't interested in water-glow injections, but I ended up getting a consultation because of internal dryness.
I wasn't really interested in dermatological procedures to begin with. In particular, I thought that hyaluronic acid injections were something only celebrities or people who take good care of their skin received, so I felt they were completely out of my reach. I also worried that it might just be expensive and the effects might be temporary, and the idea of getting injections in my skin felt a bit scary.
However, starting last year, my skin's internal dryness became extremely severe. I tried everything from moisturizing creams and sleeping packs to face masks, but it was stressful because my makeup kept caking and my skin looked dull. It felt oily on the surface, yet my skin felt incredibly tight underneath. I began to feel that there was a limit to what home care alone could do.
Then, while looking at social media reviews and events, I found out about Tox & Fill Clinic. They have many branches, and there was quite a variety of reviews regarding treatments like water glow injections and skin boosters, so I decided to make an appointment with the intention of at least getting a consultation.
Before visiting the clinic, I was worried, thinking, "What if they pressure me into getting procedures?" However, the consultation atmosphere was more comfortable than I expected. They examined my skin condition first and explained why I was experiencing internal dryness. I felt less pressured because they didn't seem to be recommending expensive treatments unconditionally. They also explained in detail the principles behind the water-glow injection, as well as the pain level and duration of the effects, which resolved many of my questions.
I didn't proceed with the procedure on the spot; I just went for a consultation first. However, my previous mindset of "I'll absolutely never do it" is gone. If you are stressed about constantly dry skin, I think it is worth getting a consultation rather than just relying on home care. I wanted to share this experience, especially since even someone like me, who used to feel hesitant about dermatological procedures, found the visit surprisingly comfortable.
