The reason I chose Seongmo Malgeun Eye Clinic as my number one choice is that they provided an accurate diagnosis and detailed consultation regarding my symptoms, which helped me set a direction for my eye care.

I had severe scratching on my right eye, and after an examination, I was diagnosed with dry eye syndrome. I have been applying warm compresses and using the prescribed artificial tears, and my dry eye symptoms have improved a lot compared to before.

Once, I was diagnosed with conjunctivitis, and after using the eye drops prescribed, I improved quickly. I was impressed by your attentiveness as you carefully monitored my progress afterward.

They meticulously checked my eye condition, including intraocular pressure and corneal thickness, and I received regular check-up reminders via text message, so I didn't have to worry about missing my appointments. Given its large scale, the facilities and equipment are well-equipped, and the clinic operates systematically. Having seven ophthalmologists on staff gave me a sense of reassurance. The consultations were also friendly, allowing me to receive treatment comfortably. Personally, I prefer a friendly and comfortable atmosphere rather than the typical ambiance of a large hospital, which is why I chose the Gangnam Branch as my second choice.

 

I visited Snowman Ophthalmology Clinic, ranked 3rd, for an allergy test and to check for floaters. Just like the previous clinic, the eye drops worked well for me, so my allergy symptoms improved significantly, and the tests went smoothly. I noticed floaters and had them checked; I was relieved to hear that a dilated pupil examination was not necessary, but I felt the explanation for the cause was lacking and the consultation felt a bit brief. Nevertheless, since the prescribed medication worked well and my allergy symptoms improved quickly, I think it is an ophthalmology clinic worth recommending.

 

Both the 2nd and 3rd ranked hospitals were satisfactory, but there were decisive differences in the meticulousness of the consultation and the hospital atmosphere.
