I've really gotten into running lately, so I pushed myself too hard to increase my distance, and eventually, my knees started showing signs of trouble. At first, I thought it was just muscle soreness, but the throbbing pain got worse every time I went up or down stairs, so I decided to visit. The director checked my running habits and the painful areas very thoroughly. Instead of simply telling me to rest, he explained in an easy-to-understand way why my knee was inflamed, which gave me confidence. Thanks to the meticulous care provided by the physical therapists during treatment, my pain has definitely subsided a lot. The hospital atmosphere was tidy, and I felt at ease because they provided only the necessary treatments. I am now cautiously preparing to return to running. If you are suffering from knee pain while running like I was, you need to get it properly fixed so you can enjoy running for a long time.
