Learn wrist pain management tips at Yongsan Good Habits Anesthesia and Pain Medicine Clinic

My first visit was for wrist pain.
The director gave me a detailed explanation and taught me simple exercises that are good for pain, so I'm still doing them whenever I have some spare time~ haha
I remember you telling me that the more physical therapy I get, the better, haha.
However, perhaps because the injections and wrist brace worked, the pain subsided, so I didn't think I needed to continue physical therapy. A few months later... on my way to work, I sprained my ankle!! While falling, I sprained my wrist again—the very same one that hurt the first time!! That led to my second visit... It seems I need to receive physical therapy consistently this time.
The director is kind, but I also liked that the nurses, who are always smiling, and the physical therapist gave good explanations before and after the physical therapy.
